California Privacy Rights

This California Privacy Rights notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device ("personal information"). We have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

Your Rights Under California Law
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months, including:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you
- The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information
- The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Please note that we may not be able to delete information that is necessary to:
- Complete a transaction or provide goods or services you requested
- Detect security incidents or protect against malicious, deceptive, or illegal activity
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information compatible with the context in which you provided it
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of processing.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. XYRx does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information. We only use sensitive personal information for purposes necessary to provide our healthcare services to you.
Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services
How to Exercise Your Rights

Only you, or a person you have authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
HIPAA Exception
Please note that certain health information we collect is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and is exempt from the CCPA. For information about how we handle your protected health information, please see our Privacy Policy.
